We're headed out to Arizona, with the goal of hiking the Grand Canyon.
We've been taking hikes all year to prepare for this trip - which started as a dream during my 6 months on crutches after a foot injury. I really wanted to get strong enough to hike down to the river in the Grand Canyon - and then back up!
