Beautiful! Do you know the names of the hydrangea and red clematis?

Drat! - I don't know the names of either one...I remember planting them, but I don't think we saved the tags.

In real life (and on my computer monitor) the clematis is deep pink.

Lovely! It's so nice to see yours. I missed seeing our clematis in bloom this year because we weren't home. Maybe next year.

So nice to have the color in the yard again, isn't it?!

Beautiful! Love the hydrandea, such a great color.
I've never had any luck growing clematis, not here or there, but the old house in VT had a stunning one
that I always admired. It was right by the side door
and you couldn't help but marvel at it each time you came or went.

Beautiful clematis!! Ours is blooming this year, but all the blossoms are down at the bottom of the plant, by the ground - just greenery on the top, where the blooms usually are. Not sure what's up with that, but still, the pretty purple flowers make me smile (even if I can't figure out what they're doing on the ground!!).

There was so much to take pictures of this month, that I forgot to take a few of hydrangeas and clematis. Both favorites. Fortunately you did. Aren't they lovely!
