Textile Territory Exhibit

A textile exhibition opened Friday night at 100 Market in Portsmouth, NH. Works by local artists will grace the walls on floors 1-4 until April 20.

"Dark in the Deep" and "Gridone/Fragments" by Tinka Pritchett

This story in Seacoast Online contains info about the exhibition.

Sarah Haskell's "Four Small Houses"

Isn't Tinka's blue and black felted coat wonderful?

Thanks for your comment on my post, now I have a new to me blog to add to my list! I like your title and tag line. Thanks too for sharing the textile exhibit. I love to get out now and then to see in person what other people are up to.

Thank you so much for posting about the textile exhibit. I know someone in the area who would love to go see it. Heck, I would love to go see it!

Good to see you both here!!

Ever since that exhibit the other day, I keep returning to the idea I had about making a large wall-hanging for a big blank wall in my house. I keep putting that project on the back burner, but maybe it is something I'll finally tackle.

Time will tell!!
